What we collect
Your name, contact details, booking dates, party size and payment details, collected through our booking system when you make a reservation, and any information you send us directly.
Why
To manage your reservation and communicate with you about your stay; to meet our legal obligations, including tax and tourist tax reporting; and to keep records of bookings and any disputes.
Legal basis
Performance of your rental contract, and our legal obligations.
Who processes it
Our booking and property management provider, Hospitable, and our payment processor, Stripe, act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
How long
Booking records are retained for the period required by French tax and accounting law, and no longer than necessary thereafter.
Your rights
