Rental of a furnished tourist apartment for holiday stays, as described on this website. Maximum occupancy 4 persons. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.
The minimum stay varies by date and season; the maximum stay is 30 nights. Both are applied by the booking calendar, which will not accept dates outside them.
Price
All prices are shown inclusive of taxes. The total price is shown at the time of booking and includes linen, heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and parking. The cleaning fee is shown separately.
Tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is shown as a separate line and is included in the total shown before you confirm. It is levied at 5% of the nightly accommodation cost per person, capped at €4.90 per person per night, and is payable only for guests aged 18 and over. We collect it on behalf of the Communauté de communes de la Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and remit it to them in full.
Payment
Payment is taken in full by card at the time of booking. The total shown before you confirm is the amount charged, and it is repeated in your booking confirmation.
The sums paid are acomptes and not arrhes within the meaning of Article L214-1 of the Code de la consommation: they constitute a firm commitment, and cancellation is governed solely by the policy below.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is displayed before you confirm and repeated in your booking confirmation. It currently provides:
- Cancel within 24 hours of your booking being accepted — the full amount paid is refunded. This window is available only where the booking was made 30 or more days before check-in.
- Cancel at least 7 days before check-in — 50% of the nightly rate, fees and taxes is refunded.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in — no refund is due.
A booking made within 7 days of check-in is therefore non-refundable from the outset, because neither of the first two conditions can be met.
No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the Code de la consommation, contracts for accommodation services supplied on a specified date or period are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance contracts. Cancellation is governed solely by the cancellation policy above.
Rental agreement
A written rental agreement, including a descriptive statement of the premises (état descriptif des lieux), is provided for signature before your stay, as required by Article L324-2 of the Code du tourisme.
